Aku Tape

Tension overloads the muscles and leads to ruptures.

(Tears) in the muscle tissue.

Lymph fluid forms and cannot drain away through the muscle tears/swelling, leading to swelling and pain.

As a rule, the tape is applied to a suitably pre-stretched area of skin/body.

Due to its elasticity, the tape follows every movement of this body area, creating a permanent displacement of the skin adhering to the tape against the subcutaneous tissue.

The effect is similar to that of lymphatic drainage.

The tape lifts the skin, increases the space/distance and ensures better lymph drainage - the swelling decreases - the pain subsides.
